Delivery is free within New Zealand and in addition to the manufacturers warranty, we offer a an immediate replacement upon any new "faulty unit" being returned to us that was purchased from ourselves.

Goods are normally ex stock and will be despatched within one business day normally by NZ Post Track and Trace. If we do not have stock, we will advise you. In this case, we will not process your payment until ready for despatch.
